Key Investor Information Document (KIID)

Key Investor Information Documents (KIIDs) are regulatory documents produced by fund managers about funds that they manage and or promote to investors. The purpose of a KIID is to provide key facts and important information to potential investors to enable them to compare and easily analyse investment opportunities. The production of KIIDs for funds become a regulatory requirement in the UK and Europe from 1st January 2018.
